Are you a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys influencing strategy, leading discovery, and shaping solutions, not just documenting requirements?

We're partnering with a specialist consulting organisation to recruit a Senior Business Analyst & Solution Consultant to play a key leadership role across major digital transformation programs within the aged care, disability and health sectors.

This is more than a traditional BA position. You'll lead client workshops, influence solution design, support vendor engagements, and work alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers and technical delivery teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll also help shape and mature the Business Analysis practice by mentoring others, establishing best practice, and contributing to delivery standards across the organisation.

What we're looking for

• Extensive Senior Business Analysis experience delivering complex transformation programs.
• Experience within the Aged Care, Disability or Health sectors.
• Strong consulting capability, with exceptional workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with clinical, care management or enterprise business systems.
• Ability to confidently challenge thinking, influence decisions and guide clients through change.
• Passion for improving business processes and delivering practical, outcome-focused solutions.
